What data we may process

If you choose to load the Google map on the contact page, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser data.

Why we use the data

• to respond to business inquiries and discuss potential cooperation;
• to process job applications and communicate about recruitment;
• to operate, protect and improve the technical delivery of this website;
• to display Google Maps only after you actively request it.

Access, recipients and international transfers

Access to correspondence is limited to the company owners and the HR manager, depending on the nature of the request.

We use technical service providers for website hosting and email infrastructure. Google Maps is loaded only after your action; Google may process data outside the Republic of Moldova.

Retention

Business correspondence and job applications received through the website or the listed contact channels are retained for up to one year from the last relevant communication, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Cookies and external services

This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. We do not set a general cookie banner because no non-essential cookies are loaded automatically.

The Google Maps frame is not loaded automatically. It is activated only after you select “Load map” on the contact page.
